FAQ's

How is aeration performed?

With the use of special equipment, 5 cm soil plugs are removed from the lawn creating pores for the entry of water and nutrients.

Why should I aerate my lawn?

Aeration is important for a healthy lawn. It allows your lawn to be porous enough for the root zone to absorb oxygen, water, and nutrients from soil and fertilizer. It also breaks up compacted soil and prevents thatching which encourages deep rooting of your lawn.

When is the best time to aerate my lawn?

Ideally, the best time to aerate is early spring. However, aeration can be performed throughout the summer months and is especially beneficial when experiencing drought or dry conditions.
